Prices and acceptance
Prices are in South African Rand and apply to the item described. Delivery, crane/offloading, permits, foundations and special access are excluded unless specifically listed. An online submission is an offer to buy; the sale is accepted when we confirm availability and issue acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
Condition and inspection
Used containers show normal age, dents, surface corrosion, repairs and paint variation. The grade, wind-and-watertight status and any promised features are recorded in the quotation or product description. Customers should inspect before collection or promptly after delivery and report material discrepancies with photographs.
Payment, delivery and risk
Payment must clear before dispatch unless written credit terms apply. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on access, transport and weather. The customer must disclose gates, slopes, overhead lines, soft ground and other hazards. Risk passes as specified in the accepted quotation and ownership passes after full cleared payment, subject to applicable law.
Cancellations, defects and remedies
Cancellation and return rights depend on the transaction, item condition, custom work and applicable South African consumer law. Custom-made or altered containers may not be cancellable once work begins, except where law provides otherwise. Valid defects will be assessed and an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy provided where required.
Limitation
Cargo Path Ways does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indirect loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, and any agreed site work remains subject to safe access and the specifications accepted by the customer.
